SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATOR - WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
The Level 2 Certificate in Warehousing
is mainly aimed at candidates who undertake a variety
of warehousing, storage and logistics activities at Level 2.
The
qualification is about the safe and efficient collection, management, storage,
handling and dispatch of goods in a warehousing environment.
Candidates should have a degree of autonomy and
be required to make decisions within agreed boundaries and limits.
This qualification is linked to the apprenticeship programme
Your assessor visits you regularly and you create a
portfolio of work that involves logs and statements, which can be recorded or
written,
in conjunction with your employer.
To achieve this qualification, candidates will need to
show competence in the different areas, completing all mandatory units.
The qualification caters for all sizes of operations as can
be used in a small retail outlet as well. If goods are received, stored
and prepared for customers - this qualification is ideal.
Candidates gather evidence to show they are ready for the
End Point Assessment which is carried out by the awarding body at the end of
the programme.
